Spirit - Doppelgänger Aperitivo

Season - Spring; Summer

Occasion - Brunch; Lunch; Afternoon Sesh; Aperitivo; 

Method -

  • Pour 50ml Doppelgänger Aperitivo into a wine glass 
  • Fill with ice
  • Fill remaining space in glass with half Rubicon Passionfruit and half soda (about 75ml Rubicon and 75ml-100ml soda)
  • Note: Better to have more soda than Rubicon as Rubicon is very sweet

Garnish – Mint sprig
