Spirit - Doppelgänger Aperitivo

Occasion - Brunch; Lunch; Afternoon Sesh; Aperitivo; Dinner Party
Method -
- Pour 50ml Doppelgänger Aperitivo into a wine glass
- Add 1 Strawberry, cut into quarters
- Fill with ice
- Add 15ml Elderflower Cordial (so it coats the ice and spreads throughout)
- Add 75ml Sparkling Wine/Prosecco (please don’t overpour prosecco as the balance of the drink goes out if too much prosecco)
- Top with soda and stir
Garnish – Orange slice
