Spirit - Doppelgänger Aperitivo

Season - Spring; Summer

Occasion - Brunch; Lunch; Afternoon Sesh; Aperitivo; Dinner Party

Method -

  • Pour 50ml Doppelgänger Aperitivo into a wine glass 
  • Add 1 Strawberry, cut into quarters 
  • Fill with ice
  • Add 15ml Elderflower Cordial (so it coats the ice and spreads throughout)
  • Add 75ml Sparkling Wine/Prosecco (please don’t overpour prosecco as the balance of the drink goes out if too much prosecco)
  • Top with soda and stir

Garnish – Orange slice
