Spirit - Doppelgänger Aperitivo

Season - Spring; Summer

Occasion - Brunch; Lunch; Afternoon Sesh; Aperitivo; 

Method -

  • Add 50ml of Doppelgänger Aperitivo into a tall glass 
  • Pour in 25ml of Cocchi Torino Sweet Vermouth (or a good quality sweet vermouth)
  • Fill the glass with ice
  • Top with 75ml of Prosecco
  • Give the drink a good stir through.

Garnish: Slice of Orange
