Spirit - Renegade Gin

Occasion - Brunch; Lunch; Afternoon Sesh; Aperitivo;

Method -

  • Add 4 blackberries, 2-4 basil leaves and muddle
  • Add 50ml Renegade Gin to a tall glass
  • Add 25ml fresh lemon juice,
  • Add 20ml sugar syrup
  • Add crushed ice to ¾ full then add soda and stir vigorously
  • Top with a little more crushed ice and a splash of Soda

Garnish - Basil Leaf
